PITTSFORD, N.Y. – RIT first year attack
Brayden Kuczma scored a career-high four goals and five points to lead the No. 10 Tigers to a 17-12 win at No. 12 St. John Fisher, Wednesday.

Joe Holenstein had a career-high seven ground balls and one caused a turnover. Junior long-stick midfielder
Logan Fletcher caused three turnovers and had three ground balls. First year defensive midfielder

Adam Wong each caused two turnovers.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Kuczma scored with 11:23 to play in the first quarter to give RIT the lead before Bullock scored off an assist from Langille to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead.
- Scott Bovard scored with 10:22 remaining in the opening frame to cut the Tigers lead to 2-1.
- Kuczma scored twice in a four-goal RIT run to end the first quarter, including one with eight seconds remaining to extend RIT's lead to 6-1. Sophomore midfielder James Corry and junior defensive midfielder Evan Wright each scored.
- The Tigers scored the first three goals of the second quarter extending their lead to 9-1 on a Harkins goal with 8:37 to play in the half.
- Bovard scored midway through the quarter to make it 9-2.
- Kuczma (7:01) and Charney (3:52) tallied back-to-back goals to give RIT an 11-2 lead.
- Lane Edinger and Nick Hauman each scored late in the opening half to cut RIT's lead to 11-4.
- Bovard scored 47 seconds into the third quarter to cut RIT's lead to 11-5.
- First year midfielder Evan Lyon gave the Tigers a 12-5 lead on his unassisted goal and Sanders made it 13-5 on his goal with 9:12 to play in the third.
- Acton scored a man-up goal to give the Tigers a 14-5 lead followed by a man-up tally from Sanders with 7:44 to play in the third to extend RIT's lead to 15-5.
- St. John Fisher ran off six straight goals to end the third quarter, cutting the Tigers lead to 15-11 on Garrett Sutton's goal with two seconds to play in the quarter.
- Langille scored off an assist from Acton midway through the fourth quarter to give RIT a 16-11 lead and Charney gave the Tigers a 17-11 lead on his goal with 5:29 to play.
- Sean Donaldson scored with 2:33 to play to make it a 17-12 final.
GAME NOTES:
- RIT outshot St. John Fisher 46-36, including 34 on target.
- The Tigers went 24-of-28 on clearing attempts and 2-for-5 on man-up.
- RIT caused 13 turnovers and had 46 ground balls.
