ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Six student-athletes from the RIT Women's Soccer team were 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District ® selections, announced Tuesday.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Onodera finished with a team-high 15 points (7 goals, 1 assist) this season while ranking 10th in points in the Liberty League. The Centennial, Colo.-native recorded a career-high four game-winning goals, which is tied for second most in the conference. Her seven goals match a career-high from last season
Goalkeeper
Emily Sanchez recorded a career-high 10 wins in 2025, including five shutouts, for the Tigers. Additionally, Sanchez finished the season with a 0.809 save percentage while holding opponents to 0.79 goals per game.
Doucette, a midfielder, ended the season with three goals, which was third most on the team. Fellow midfielder
Emma Watson added a goal and an assist for RIT in 466 minutes of action through 18 games.
Tran started in all of her 18 appearances, recording 1,058 minutes of playing time for the Tigers.
Antol helped anchor the RIT backline, logging 1,478 and holding opponents under one goal (0.84) per game this season. The defender also notched her first career game-winning goal by converting a penalty kick in a 2-0 win against Clarkson on Sept. 20.
RIT finished the 2025 season with a 10-4-6 record while reaching the Liberty League Tournament finals.
