ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT senior goaltender Sophia Bellina was named the Atlantic Hockey America Goaltender of the Week announced by the league, Tuesday.
 
Bellina recorded a 1-1-0 record, a 1.49 goals-against average and a .947 save percentage in a pair of games at Robert Morris. The senior goalie made 34 saves in the Tigers 2-1 overtime loss, Friday. Bellina came back to make 20 saves in RIT's 5-1 win, Saturday.
 
RIT returns to action on Thursday (Oct. 16) against No. 14 St. Lawrence at 6:00 p.m. to kick off RIT Brick City Homecoming and Family Weekend.
