ITHACA, N.Y. – The No. 24 RIT wrestling team went 2-0, beating Nassau Community College 33-15 and SUNY Oswego 39-10, Sunday at the Ithaca Duals.
 
Against Nassau, senior Josh Post picked up a technical fall victory over Santiago Pelaez at 141 lb. Senior Michael Glynn III, ranked seventh, pinned Richard Ray to pick up the win at 149 lb., and first year Jack Lamson defeated Joseph Mattei, 12-2 at 165 lb. Sophomore Nick Smith won 15-0 over Sabih Norman at 197 lb. and junior Josh Harkless, ranked fourth, pinned Dominick Albetelli at 285 lb.
 
Versus Oswego, senior Lee Rubin pinned Matt Dougherty at 125 lb. Post defeated Michael Santore 5-2 at 141 lb. Glynn pinned Steven Ventricelli at 149 lb. and Lamson pinned David Hammerle at 165 lb. Balent pinned Aaron Fredenburg at 174 lb and Harkless pinned Dylan Cogswell at 285 lb.
 
RIT returns to action on Friday (Jan. 10) at the NWCA National Duals.
