PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The No. 20 RIT wrestling team defeated St. John Fisher 22-17, Friday.
 
Sophomore Jared Lee began the match with a 5-4 win over Paul Lichter at 157 lb. First year Jack Lamson defeated Otto Davidson with 15-0 technical fall at 174 lb. to give the Tigers an 8-3 lead.
 
Sophomore Tyler Balent was a 4-0 winner over Charliee Rossner at 184 lb. to increase RIT's lead to 11-3. Junior Josh Harkless, ranked No. 3 at 285 lb., pinned Jackson Burns to give RIT a 17-6 lead. Senior Michael Glynn III, ranked No. 6 at 149 lb., clinched the match with 16-1 technical fall win over Torin Bishop.
 
RIT returns to action on Saturday (Feb. 8) at the Tiger Duals at 10:00 a.m.
