Mia Tsilemos scored the game-winning goal to lead the Tigers to a 2-1 win over Syracuse in Atlantic Hockey America action, Friday.

Jordyn Bear each had an assist.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Celia Wiegand scored a power play goal at 6:12 of the first period to give Syracuse an early lead.
- Sophomore forward Addie Alvarez and Jordyn Bear had chances from the slot early in the opening frame go just wide of the Orange net.
- Kelley had a chance from the slot inside the final two minutes of the period turned aside by Syracuse goalie Allie Kelley.
- Kelley tied the game at 1-1 on her power play goal 1:34 into the second period. She scored on a wrist shot from the face-off dot on assists from Khangsar and Kyla Bear.
- Tsilemos scored at 4:02 of the second to give the Tigers a 2-1 lead. Vasdani skated into the Syracuse zone, around a Syracuse defender and fed a pass in front of the Orange goal. Tsilemos, who crashed the net, poked a shot in to give RIT the lead.
- Senior goalie Sarah Coe made nine saves in the third period, including one on Sami Gendron with 6:32 remaining in regulation to keep it a one-goal game.

- RIT outshot Syracuse 34-27
- The Tigers went 1-for-1 on the power play, while the Orange were 1-for-3
- Coe finished with 26 saves in net to pick up her eighth win of the season
