Men's Soccer loses 1-0 to St. Lawrence

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT men's soccer team lost 1-0 to St. Lawrence in Liberty League action, Saturday.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • St. Lawrence's Baker Diaz scored in the 16th minute to give the Saints the lead.
  • RIT fired nine shots in the second half, including five on net.
  • Junior midfielder Tate Pottle had a pair of shots just after halftime, while senior defender Benjamin Duby had a chance in the 47th minute.
  • First-year forward Idriss Diallo had his shot saved in the 59th minute, while senior defender Daniel Gebura had a chance in the 65th minute.
 
GAME NOTES
  • RIT outshot St. Lawrence 13-9, including five shots on net
  • Senior goalie Jason Trapp made two saves in net
  • The Tigers had four corner kicks to five for the Saints.
