ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Cortland won the 2023 SUNYAC Championship, Saturday. Cortland's Jayden Cardenas was named Tournament MVP and Oneonta's Anderson Klosner earned the Elite 20 Award.

The Elite 20 Award is modeled after the NCAA Elite 90 program and recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the conference championship level.
