Lindenwood split a pair of games at the 2023 Women's Ice Breaker at St. Cloud, winning 4-2 against Sacred Heart before a 5-0 loss to the No. 13 Huskies.

Rachel Goff added two assists in Friday's win. Senior
Natalie Ferenc made 23 saves to earn the win. Ferenc made 26 stops in Saturday's loss.

Lindenwood is second in the CHA averaging 2.25 goals per game and sixth allowing 5.38 goals per contest. The Lions are second converting 12.8 percent (5-of-39) of their power plays and tied for fifth, killing off 12-of-21 (70.0 percent) penalties.

Lindenwood is 20-16-6 all time against RIT. Lindenwood was 4-0 last season versus the Tigers, including a pair of wins at the Gene Polisseni Center. Senior
Nicole Ness scored in the Tigers 2-1 overtime loss last November. Ryan Meara scored the game-winner 1:20 into the overtime. Coe made 24 saves for RIT, while Ferenc made 31 stops for the Lions. RIT's last win against Lindenwood was a 6-4 victory in the 2022 CHA Quarterfinal. Â
