Women's Hockey loses 3-0 at St. Thomas

SAINT PAUL, MINN. – RIT junior goalie Sarah Coe made 31 saves in the Tigers 3-0 loss at St. Thomas, Saturday.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Allie Monrean scored at 4:50 of the first period to give St. Thomas an early lead.
  • Graduate student forward Amy Dobson and sophomore forward Jessie Burks each had two shots on net in the first for the Tigers.
  • RIT fired six shots early in the second, including two from sophomore defensewoman Kyla Bear.
  • Luci Bianchi gave the Tommies a 2-0 lead on her goal at 5:54 of the second period.
  • St. Thomas added a goal in the third period to make it a 3-0 final.
 
GAME NOTES
  • St. Thomas outshot RIT, 34-24.
  • The Tigers blocked 20 shots.
  • Dobson led the Tigers with four shots on net.
