Three Men's Soccer players land CSC Academic All-District honors

ROCHESTER, NY – RIT junior defender Daniel Gebura, junior midfielder Patrick Kenyon and sophomore goalie Jason Trapp were 2022 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections announced Thursday.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
 
A 2021 Liberty League All-Academic selection, Gebura holds 3.98 grade-point average in computer engineering technology and is a four-time RIT's Dean's List honoree. He tallied a career-high five points on two goals and an assist in 17 games.  
 
Kenyon holds a 3.73 grade-point average in mechanical engineering. The 2021 Liberty League All-Academic selection was named to RIT's Dean's List fall and spring semesters in 2021-22. Kenyon started 18 games this season, tallying a goal and two assists.
 
Trapp maintains a 3.70 grade-point average in computer science. The 2021 All-Liberty League Honorable Mention selection played in 18 games in 2022 recording eight wins. Trapp finished with a 1.03 goals against average, a .710 save percentage and had five shutouts.
 
RIT finished the season with eight wins, including four in Liberty League play.
