ABOUT RIT
RIT enters the weekend fourth in the CHA averaging 1.85 goals per game and allowing 3.31 goals per contest. The Tigers are third in the league and tied for 22nd in Division I averaging 2.92 assists per game. RIT is third averaging 25.77 shots on goal, winning 48.8 percent of its face-offs and is 5-of-36 (13.9 percent) on the power play. RIT leads the league averaging 6:09 penalty minutes per game

Sarah Coe enters the weekend fourth in the CHA with a 3.35 goals against average, sixth in save percentage (.884) and saves per game (19.44). Junior goalie
Emma Stephen is fifth in the CHA with a 3.66 goals against average, fourth with a .913 save percentage and fifth averaging 29.8 saves per contest.
AMONG THE NATION'S BEST
RIT enters the weekend third in Division I with 390 team saves, tied for fifth with two short-handed goals and 24th with 24 goals.

Lindsay Maloney is tied for fourth in the nation with a short-handed goal and tied 11th with 133 face-off wins.

SCORING DROUGHT - BROKEN
First-year forward
Lexi Sung's goal 56 seconds into the second period in Saturday's game against Syracuse broke a 324-minute scoring drought by the Tigers. RIT failed to score in five straight games.
BRING OUT THE BROOMS
RIT's sweep of Saint Michael's was the first for the Tigers since a pair of wins against Penn State in 2020.
HOLY SHOTS
RIT's 57 shots in the Tigers 9-0 win against Saint Michael's was the most for the Tigers since 2019.
GOAL FEST
The Tigers' 17 goals scored against Saint Michael's was the most in a weekend series since RIT tallied 17 in a two-game series against Sacred Heart in 2013.
RANK AND FILE
Six of the Tigers first eight games are against opponents ranked in the DCU/USCHO Division I Women's poll. RIT began the season with a pair of games at No. 14 UConn followed by a two-game series at No. 3Vermont. The Tigers played at No. 4 Colgate October 14-15 and will face CHA rival No. 12 Penn State four times later in the season.

Union enters the weekend 16th in Division I averaging 2.1 goals per game, while allowing 3.1 goals per contest. The Dutchwomen are tied for 16th nationally converting 7-of-38 (18.4%) with the extra skater and tied 12th with seven power play goals. Union has killed off 24-of-32 (75%) penalties and tied for 13th in the country with one short-handed goal.
King leads the team with 10 points on six goals and four assists. She is tied for 11th nationally with 122 face-off wins and is tied for 15th with two power play goals. Walsh is second on the team with nine points on five goals and four assists, while Friday and first-year forward Amanda Quan are tied with four points apiece.
Matsoukas enters the weekend with a 4-5-1 record with a 2.99 goals against average and a .911 save percentage.
RIT VS. UNION
RIT is 12-8-4 all-time versus Union. The Dutchwomen won a pair of games at the Gene Polisseni Center last season. Union's Josie McLeod scored two goals and added an assist, while
Megan McCormick tallied a goal and an assist in the Dutchwomen's 7-4 win in game one. King tallied a goal and an assist in Union's 4-1 win the following day. RIT's last win was a 2-0 victory on Oct. 15, 2016.
