Christine Cataldo-Smith (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) tallied the lone goal as the Tigers beat SUNY Oneonta 1-0 in non-league action from Red Dragon Field Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Tigers are 6-1 all time against the Red Dragons and have won four straight.
How it Happened
- After a scoreless first half, Cataldo-Smith gave RIT a lead on her fourth goal of the season in the 55th minute.
- Junior goalkeeper Darcie Jones (Sinking Spring, PA/Wilson West Lawn) improved to 2-0 on the season for RIT, making three saves.
- RIT's defense recorded its second straight shut out to start the 2021 season.
