ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT (2-4, 1-3 Liberty League) women's tennis team was defeated, 7-2 by St. Lawrence University from RIT Tennis Courts Saturday.

In singles, senior Kristen Zablonski (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) was a 6-3, 6-1 winner over Rachel Caplan at second singles. RIT picked up a win at third doubles with the team of Kirsten Auble (Portland, OR/Sunset) and Annie Steinbrink (Ambler, PA/Upper Dublin) defeating Gabriella Dadoly and Meredith Macey, 8-7 at third doubles. These same two teams will play again on Sunday at St. Lawrence beginning at 12 p.m.
