ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT (0-3, 0-2 Liberty League) women's tennis team lost a hard-fought match to Union College, 7-2 in Liberty League action from RIT Tennis Courts Saturday afternoon.

RIT won took two points off of the Dutchwomen in doubles competition. The team of Kristen Zablonski (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) and Jackie Drozd (Richboro, PA/The Hun School) defeated the team of Sophie Brown and Dana D'Onofrio, 8-5 at second doubles, while Annie Steinbrink (Ambler, PA/Upper Dublin) and Kristen Auble beat Gracie Nicol and Cathy Xing, 8-6 at third doubles.

RIT is scheduled to return to action on Tuesday, April 13 when the Tigers host SUNY Geneseo at 2:00 p.m.
