WILKES-BARRE, PA -- The No. 19 RIT wrestling team posted a 2-1 record at the 2020 John Reese Duals hosted by Wilkes University Sunday. The Tigers defeated host Wilkes, 47-0, Lackawanna College, 54-0 and lost 24-18 to No. 7 The College of New Jersey.

Kaidon Winters (Athens, PA/Athens Area) (Athens, PA/Athens Area), Dempsey King (New Hartford, NY/New Hartford) (New Hartford, NY/New Hartford), Colby Giroux (Richmond, VT/Mount Mansfield) (Richmond, VT/Mount Mansfield) and Sam Weinger (Blooming Grove, NY/Washingtonville) (Blooming Grove, NY/Washingtonville) each went 3-0 for RIT. Winters and King  each had two wins by pinfall. RIT returns to action on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at The College at Brockport at 7 p.m.
