ROCHESTER, NY – Saturday was senior day for the RIT Men's Swimming & Diving team from Judson Pool Saturday. Sophomore Brendan Kapp (Springfield, VA/Trinity School) won three individual races as the Tigers defeated visiting Nazareth College, 195-91.
 
Kapp won the 100-yd. and 200-yd. breaststroke races with times of 59.39 and 2:11.52, respectively. He then pushed on to take first in the 200-yd. IM with a time of 2:00.73. To add to his already impressive night, Kapp also raced a leg on RIT's first place 200-yd. medley relay team. In addition to Kapp, freshman Aidan Daudier (Milford, NH/Bishop Guertin) contributed to his breakout rookie season with a pair of individual wins. He won the 200-yd. freestyle and the 200-yd. backstroke races with times of 1:46.64 and 1:57.91.
 
The Tigers improve to 8-1 overall in dual meets. This meet marked the end of the 2019-20 regular season and RIT will next compete at the Liberty League Championships from February 19-22 hosted by Ithaca College.
