ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT women's track & field team turned in several solid performances at the RIT Invitational from the Gordon Field House Saturday. Senior Madeline Pizzo (Irondequoit, NY/Our Lady of Mercy) won the shot-put competition. Juniors Emily Bernabeo (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown West) and Harley Wilson (Bel Air, MD/Bel Air) finished first in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes, while Sophomore Marian Draper (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) won the 1000-meter race to lead the Tigers on a day that saw multiple athletes surpass All-Atlantic Region and Liberty League standards.
