Box Score BINGHAMTON, NY - The RIT women's tennis team (6-3) continued its winning ways, rolling to a 9-0 shutout victory over host Oneonta State University (12-4) at the Binghamton Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Tigers opened the match by sweeping all three doubles matches. The first doubles duo of
Amelia Ying (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) and
Shayna Ginster (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas) outlasted Alyssa Brault and Julieta Eulau by tiebreaker, 8-7.
Claire Casalnova (Mars, PA/Pine Richland) and
Kristen Zablonski (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) earned an 8-4 win at second doubles, while
Annie Steinbrink (Upper Dublin, PA/Upper Dublin) and
Maddy Price (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W. Baker) won by the same score at third doubles.

In singles action, Ying continued her masterful play, rolling to a 6-1, 6-0 win over Brault at first singles. Steinbrink earned a 7-6, 6-1 win at fifth singles, while Zablonski won her 14th victory of the season, 6-3, 7-5 over Michelle Halpern at fourth singles.

Ginster, Casalnova and
Julia Smolowitz (Marlborough, MA/Hudson) completed the shutout win straight-set wins in their singles matches.
The Tigers are right back in action on Monday, with a home contest against non-conference foe Nazareth College that gets underway at 4 p.m.
