ROCHESTER, NY - Senior Amos Baptiste (Brooklyn, NY/Midwood) and Chandler Daub (Kailua-Kona, HI/Kealakehe) of the RIT men's tennis team were named the Liberty League Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the week for the week ending Sept. 28, 2014. It is the first weekly honor of the season for both men.

Baptiste and Daub, playing first doubles, rolled to an 8-2 win over Jake Zarzycki and Patrick McGrath of St. John Fisher on Friday, as the Tigers charged to a 9-0 win. In singles action, Daub won a stirring match against Kevin Kulawiec, 7-6, 7-6 at the first position, while Baptiste secured a 7-5, 6-4 win over McGrath at second doubles.

RIT has concluded its fall season and returns to action on Feb. 14, 2015 against the University of Rochester.
