No. 24 RIT women's soccer set to face No. 16 Skidmore in Liberty League semifinals

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY -- The No. 24 RIT (11-3-3) women's soccer team travels to Saratoga Springs, N.Y. to play No. 18 Skidmore College (12-2-2) in the Liberty League Women's Soccer Tournament Semifinals Wednesday, November 6 at 4 p.m. The winner moves on to play in the championship game versus William Smith on Saturday, November 9 in Geneva, N.Y. The winner of the title game earns the automatic qualifier into the NCAA Division III Tournament.

RIT enters today's semifinal as the third seed, while Skidmore is the second seed. These two teams met back on October 18 with Skidmore pulling out the 2-1 victory. #Sierra Kiss (Sauquoit, NY/Sauquoit)# scored for the Tigers, while Christine Bellotti tallied two goals in the final nine minutes to give the Thoroughbreds the road win.
