RIT led by as many as 14 points in the first half, shooting 34.4 percent from the floor. Havens and #
Kayla Wheeler (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa)# each scored seven points for the Tigers who held a 24-18 rebounding edge.
Fisher was led by Brooke Seavitt and Camaryn Buckner who each had six points. The Cardinals closed out the half with an 11-2 run to cut the Tigers lead to five points.
The second half saw RIT open up an 18-point lead before St. John Fisher come back, tying the score at 59-59 on a layup by Sydney Bloomstein with eight seconds to play in regulation.

In the the first overtime, RIT jumped out to a 66-60 lead on a pair of free throws by #
Courtney Tennant (Cortland, NY/Cortland)#, who finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Like the second half, St. John Fisher came back, tying the game on a layup by Portia Velasco with nine seconds to play, tying the score at 70-70. Havens' jumper at the buzzer was off the mark, sending the game into a second overtime.
RIT was able to jump out to a six point lead in the second overtime. The Cardinals came back again, tying the score at 76-76 on a bucket by Velasco, who lfinished with 18 points.
The Tigers came right back, outscoring the Cardinals 11-6 over the final 2:20 of the second overtime to hold on for the 87-82 win. Havens scored eight of RIT's 17 points in the second overtime.
Tennant led RIT with 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Havens finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds and four steals. Wheeler scored 14 points, grabbed five rebounds, dished out two assists, had two steals and a block, while Kramer added 14 points, five rebounds and four assists. #
Brienna McLean (Memphis, TN/Overton)# had 10 assists to go along with eight points and seven rebounds.
Syndey Bloomstein led Fisher with 23 points. Camaryn Buckner added 12 points and 10 rebound, while Velasco scored 18. Mary Kate Cusack scored 16 for Fisher, hitting four 3-pointers.
RIT returns to action on Tuesday, Dec. 11 when they face the University of Rochester at 7 p.m. at the Palestra.
