POTSDAM, NY -- The No. 1 RIT wwomen's hockey team improved to 5-0-0 on the season with a 4-2 win over SUNY Potsdam in ECAC West action on Friday evening. The Tigers scored two goals in the second period to win their fifth straight to open the season.
Freshman #

Kourtney Kunichika (Fullerton, CA/LA Selects) and
Kolbee McCrea (Wawa, Ontario/Burlington Barracudas) each tallied a goal for the Tigers who outshot Potsdam 34-14. (Drumbo, Ontario/Stoney Creek Sabres)Laura Chamberlain (Norco, CA/LA Selects)# picked up her fourth win of the season allowing two goals and making 12 saves.
The Bears took a 1-0 lead with a power play goal from Annmarie Lewis at 7:43 of the first period on assists from Breanna Roy and Brittany Lucky.
RIT tied the score at 1-1 with a power play goal from Scoyne at 9:27 of the first on an assists from #

McCrea tallied her sixth of the season twenty-six seconds into the second period on assists from #
