WILLIAMSPORT, PA -- Senior #Mike McInally (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen)# won his 17th straight match to move to 17-0 this season, as the RIT wrestling team (2-8) fell to Messiah, 28-19 in consolation action at the Budd Whitehill National Duals on Saturday at Lycoming College.

McInally, second in the nation at 133 lbs., defeated Kyle Coblentz, 10-3.  He moves to 121-16 in his career at RIT.

#Sean Sercu (Rochester, NY/Bishop Kearney)# earned his fourth win of the weekend, defeating Mike Bressler, 3-2 at 157 lbs.  #Tyler Brent (Gasport, NY/Royalton-Hartland)# pinned Ricardo Plummer at 174 lbs., while #Nick Stewart (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin)# pinned Zane Bachert in just 23 seconds at 285 lbs. 

The Tigers return to action on Tuesday, as they host SUNY Morrisville at 7 p.m. at Clark Gym.
