ITHACA, NY -- The RIT men's soccer team was defeated by Ithaca College 1-0 in Empire 8 action on Saturday. The loss drops the Tigers to 8-5-3 overall and 2-2-2 in the Empire 8.

The lone goal of the game came in the 13th minute when Jeff Geyer headed in a shot off a pass from Gabriel Saint Malo.

RIT was out shot by the Bombers 12-9. Ithaca took four corner kicks to just two for the Tigers. Sean Conway (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) took the loss for RIT allowing one goal and making two saves.

RIT rounds out the regular season next Saturday versus cross-town rival Nazareth College. Game time in Pittsford, New York is 12 pm.
