Hardbarger broke his own school record at the New Balance Invitational at the Armory in New York City on Saturday. Hardbarger finished second overall out of 53 runners, including several top Division I runners, blazing the mile in a time of 4:10.70. That time broke his own school record of 4:13.88 set last season. Hardbarger's time of 4:10.70 is the second fastest by a Division III runner this year.
