Carson averaged 20 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks while shoothing 71 percent (25-for-36) from the field, as RIT earned runner-up honors at the 23rd Harold J. Brodie Tournament over the weekend. Carson started the week with 12 points and eight rebounds in a home loss to #1 Rochester. He scored a career-best 25 points to go along with nine rebounds and personal high five blocks in a 95-80 win over D'Youville on Friday. Less than 24 hours later, Carson tallied 23 points, 14 rebounds and three blocks in an 81-66 loss to SUNY Oswego in the championship game. Carson was named to the Brodie All-Tournament Team. The junior center is averaging 15.8 points, 9.6 rebounds and 1.8 blocks this season, while shooting 61 percent from the field.
