Kingstedt was dominant in winning the individual title at the Bill Fritz Invitational hosted by Rowan University Saturday. He went to the front of the pack and pulled away to win by 21 seconds, completing the 8,000-meter course in a time of 25:51.66 in leading No. 21 RIT to the team title. Kingstedt's average mile split was 5:12.2. He has won both of his races this season.
