RIT’s top finisher in all seven events … earned All-Atlantic Region honors and All-Liberty League first team plaudits for the second consecutive season … won his first three races of the season … opened the year with a nearly 30 second margin of victory at the 5,000-meter Houghton Short Course Twilight Invitational … won the individual title at Rowan’s Bill Fritz Invitational for the second straight season by 21 seconds … won the Highlander Invitational by just under a minute …  was named the USTFCCCA Division III National Runner of the Week on Oct. 8 after his win at the Highlander Invitational … recorded an impressive third place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship to earn All-Region accolades … finished fifth at the Liberty League Championship at Clarkson, crossing the finish line in a season-best time of 25:12.0 over 8,000-meters … that performance earned him All-Liberty League first team honors … placed 11th at the KollegeTown Pre National meet hosted by University of Wisconsin Osh Kosh in a time of 25:24.4 …  represented RIT at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships held at the University of Wisconsin-Osh Kosh … was RIT’s top finisher at nationals, placing 113th overall …  three-time Liberty League Performer of the Week, Sept. 4, Sept. 18 and Oct. 8 … named the RIT Male Athlete of the Week, Sept. 17 and Oct. 8 … broke 26 minutes four times … finished under 26:20 six times … was a point-scorer (top-five RIT finisher) for RIT all seven events … named to Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in six races … won three events, the Bill Fritz Invitational (25:33.4), the NCAA Atlantic Regional Preview hosted by Houghton (24:46.6) and the Yellowjacket Invitational (25:38.6) … was named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week, Oct. 9 … two-time Liberty League Runner of the Week, Sept. 18 and Oct. 19 … two-time RIT Male Athlete of the Week, Sept. 18 and Oct. 9 … finished second at the Liberty League Championship, earning all-league first team honors … was sixth at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship in a time of 24:49.4, garnering All-Region accolades. Was RIT’s top finisher at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, placing 103rd … broke 25:40 in all six races … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

2016-17: Competed in nine distance events during the indoor and outdoor season … finished top-10 in nine events and top-5 in seven events … was an All-American in the 10,000-meters at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing eighth ... broke a 21-year old school record in the 10,000-meters at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 29:38.43 ... that time is one of the top-25 fastest times in Division III history ... won the 5,000-meters at the Outdoor Liberty League Championship, despite falling during the race … set a season-best time of 14:45.78 in the 5,000-meters at the NYSCTC Indoor Track & Field Championship … earned USTFCCCA Indoor and Outdoor All-Region honors.

Before RIT: Attended Gallaudet University in 2015-16 ... placed 20th in the NCAA Division III qualifier in cross country ... was the 2015 NEAC Men's Cross Country Rookie and Runner of the Year ... six-time NEAC Cross Country Runner of the Week.
