Schwan won the 1,500-meters at the 2018 Liberty League Outdoor Track and Field Championship, helped RIT place third in the 4 x 400-meters and finished fourth in the 800-meters over the weekend. Friday, she recorded the top qualifying time in the 800-meters (2:19.40) to qualify for the finals. On Saturday, Schwan began by rallying over the final 200-meters to win the 1,500-meters in a personal best time of 4:40.00. She earned a fourth place finish in the finals of the 800-meters and helped RIT garner a third place finish in the 4 x 400-meter relay.
