Jones broke teammate Stephanie Milici's school record (17:59.41), set last year, in the 5,000-meters at the NYSCTC Championship with a time of 17:51.88. Jones also recorded a fourth place finish in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:38.49, just missing her own school mark set earlier in the season by eight one-hundredths of a second. She was also part of the 4 x 800-meter relay team that finished third overall in a strong time of 9:25.49.
