Cohall needed just 80 pitches and only gave up one hit to earn his fifth career shutout in a 6-0 win over Rensselaer on Sunday, breaking the RIT record set by Mike Marsillo in 2011. Cohall baffled RPI batters all afternoon to the tune of 10 strikeouts, allowing only two base runners, a one-out single by Matt Lawrence in the first inning and a walk to Jason Ramos in the fifth. He faced just one batter over the minimum. Cohall is now 3-2 this season with a 2.45 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, 31 strikeouts and just three walks in 33 innings pitched this season.
