Giannino was the top collegiate finisher, as the RIT men's cross country team placed eighth out of 21 teams at SUNY Geneseo Invitational, held at Letchworth State Park on a cool, damp Saturday morning. Giannino was second overall out of 289 runners, but was the top collegiate runner, finishing the 8,000-meter course in a very fast time of 24:50.2, enjoying an incredible mile rate of 5:00.
