Bernardo was RIT's top finisher at the University of Rochester Invitational at Genesse Valley Park, placing 26th out of 281 runners on Saturday, finishing the 8,000-meter race in a time of 27:08.5. He enjoyed a mile rate of 5:28, as RIT finished 10th out of 24 teams.
