Canestro went 7-for-13 in his final weekend as a collegian with five RBI's and four doubles. He went 6-for-8 with five RBI's, four runs scored, and three doubles in his final two games, a doubleheader sweep over The College at Brockport on Friday. Canestro finished the season hitting .382 with team-best totals of 42 hits, 54 total bases, 27 runs scored, and eight doubles, while driving in 18 runs and stealing eight bases. He also posted a .457 on-base percentage and a .491 slugging percentage in 130 plate appearances.
