Sharon Milici began with RIT Athletics in February 2022, bringing a wealth of administrative expertise and dedication to exceptional customer service. Her role includes many important responsibilities, such as email and calendar organization, travel arrangements, miscellaneous research and special projects as requested. Along with this, she also assists with front office operations, including greeting clients, maintaining office area, answering phone calls and tracking office supply inventory.

Milici has worked at RIT since 2007, including as a Sr. Staff Assistant in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering (KGCOE) Student Services and as a Real-Time Captionist for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Her skills span event coordination, departmental organization, and financial management.

Beyond her current role, Sharon’s professional journey includes positions at Wegmans Food Markets, where she excelled as an Assistant Employee Representative and Coordinator, and as a legal secretary in prominent Rochester law firms. Her dedication to fostering inclusive environments and streamlining processes reflects her commitment to excellence in every endeavor.

She also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Secretarial Science from Monroe Community College.

Sharon resides in Rochester, New York, where her focus on teamwork and communication has made her a trusted colleague and valuable resource in the RIT Athletics Department.
