2016-17: Competed in four bouts at 174 lbs. … won two contests in the 2016 NYS Intercollegiate Championships, over Rich Dennison and Roger Dejesus of Niagara Community College.
2015-16: Won six bouts at 149 lbs. … defeated Nolan Lubberts of Alfred State by way of pin for his first collegiate victory … also bested Eric Harley of Oswego 8-6 at the Ithaca Invitational … defeated Austin Nault of Trine and Tony Immediato of King’s College in dual meets.
Before RIT: Wrested at Keshequa High School… also played soccer and ran track.
Personal: Physician assistant major … son of Annette and Ian Phillips… has one sibling, Nestor.
