Before RIT: Wrestled at Hewitt-Trussville High School…received a bronze medal at the 2013 summer Deaflympics in Sofia, Bulgaria, for freestyle wrestling…senior record of 32-8.
 
Personal: Mechanical engineering major… son of Tamatha and Shane Patterson…has two brothers, Jeremy and Wesley.
