- Member of sectional champion team in 2020.
- Member of National Honors Society.
PERSONAL:
- Full name: Lauren Kathryn Willow
- Daughter of Carla and Eric Willow
- Twin sister of fellow RIT volleyball player Emily Willow.
- Favorite athletic memory: Serving the winning ace in the sectional championship her senior year of high school.
- Best advice ever received: “Play every day like I won’t be able to play tomorrow.”
- Her father has had the biggest influence on her athletic career. “He has always been willing to help me work on my skills in any way that he can.”
- Got into volleyball in fourth grade.
- Recovered from two surgeries in high school on her right ankle.
