BEFORE RIT
• Attended secondary school at St. George Madrid in Alcobendas, Spain
• Top-ranked junior national player in Spain, ranking third in U-18 last season.
 
PERSONAL
• Isabel Leon was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil
• Parents are Richard and Elizabeth Leon
• Had one sibling – twin sister, Sofia, also plays on the RIT Women’s Volleyball team
• Enjoys listening to music, reading and learning new things in her spare time
• Credits her dad and her club coach for having the most influence on her playing career because, “they taught me to be relentless.”
• Majoring in nutritional science and dietetics while minoring in exercise science
