2017-18: Competed in long distance events during the indoor and outdoor seasons … set career-bests in the mile (5:34.96), the 3,000 steeple (11:54.62) and 5,000 (18:59.90) … finished fifth in the 3,000 steeple chase at the Liberty League Outdoor Championship … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 grade-point average.
2016 (Cross Country): Appeared in three races … made season debut at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo … placed 27th overall in a personal best time of 23:59.9 over 6,000-meters in the open race at the Rowan University Border Battle … competed at the Liberty League Championship … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining at least a 3.30 grade-point average.
Before RIT: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Shoreham-Wading River High School ... was ranked 11th in the nation in racewalking.
