2017-18: Competed in multiple distance events during the indoor season … broke a school record in the outdoor 5,000 meter run at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet (17:41.66) … set career-bests in the 3,000-meter (10:27.62) at the Liberty League Indoor Championship, placing seventh … set career-best in the 1,500-meter (4:55.10), the mile (5:24.27) and the 3,000-meter (10:27.62) … took first in the 5,000 at the Cardinal Classic … won RIT’s prestigious Mark Ellington Award for Academic Excellence … named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for maintaining a 3.30 grade-point average.
Before RIT: Competed in cross country at Oakfield-Alabama High School.
