2023-24:
- Took part in six indoor events and seven outdoor events
- Competed at Liberty League Indoor and Outdoor Championships
2022-23:
- Took part in five indoor meets and eight outdoor meets
- Made collegiate track & field debut at the Winter Welcome Back meet on 1/21/2023
- Member of second-place distance medley relay team at the Liberty League Indoor Championships
- Member of sixth-place 4x400 relay team at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships
- Was on 4x800 relay team that placed sixth at the Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships
BEFORE RIT:
- Team captain for two years at Niskayuna High School.Â
- Member of National Honors Society.

- Daughter of Stacey and Trevor Thomas
- Sister of Nicholas Thomas
- Started running when she joined the Niskayuna Athletic Running Club after her parents got her interested in the sport.
- Ran a running camp for kids in her community during high school.
- Completed her first triathlon the summer before college.Â
- Favorite athletic memory: Running in the 4X1 mile at the New Balance Nationals Indoor in 2022.Â
