  • Went 44-19 during her time at McDowell High School

  • Won MVP, D10 Sportsmanship Award, and 3A Single Championship in 2019
  • Won D10 3A team championships in 2016 and 2019
  • D10 3A team finalists in 2017 and 2018
  • D10 All-Star in singles and doubles 2016-2019
  • Member of the National Honors Society
PERSONAL:
  • Daughter of LeAnn and Gregory Murray.
  • Sister of Emma and Olivia Murray.
  • Born in Troy, Ohio.
  • Started playing tennis recreationally in middle school, competitively in high school.
  • Diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) at a young age, forcing her to look for a non-contact sport that didn’t severely impact her joints. Found tennis to be a great fit.
  • Says that one of her high school coaches, Andy Findlay, has had the most influence on her athletic career. “He gave me the confidence to compete at a higher level,” she says.
  • Favorite athlete: Caroline Wozniacki.
  • Favorite teams: The Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates.
  • Has been heavily involved in charity, including the “ServErie” City School restoration project and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
  • Hobbies include painting, drawing, playing the piano and ukulele, hiking, fishing, and kayaking.
