Keith O’Connor begins his second season as an assistant coach for the RIT women's soccer program in 2016.
O’Connor played two years at Plattsburgh State, helping the Cardinals win two SUNYAC titles and two NCAA Tournament appearances before transferring to Marymount University in Washington D.C. There, he earned the scholar-athlete leadership award for service to the team, the university, and to the community.
From 2004-05, O’Connor was an assistant coach for the Plattsburgh State women’s soccer team. In 2006, he led the Seton Catholic Academy Girls’ soccer team to a section VII title before moving back to Rochester.
Originally from Canandaigua, O’Connor enjoyed a successful career at Marcus Whitman High School, graduating in 1999.
O’Connor earned his bachelor's degree in health and fitness from Marymount. He currently works as a Health Fitness Specialist at RIT and as a conditioning coach with Rochester Sport Performance.
