Izzy Rennoldson

Izzy Rennoldson joins the RIT women's soccer coaching staff with a strong background in both playing and coaching. A Rochester-area native, Rennoldson brings a wealth of experience in player development, team management, and recruitment.

Most recently, Rennoldson served as the Rochester Rush Girls Director of Coaching and Head Soccer Coach for the 2008, 2009, and 2011 Girls teams. She has been with Rush for the past three years and has greatly contributed to the growth of the girl's program. She also played a crucial role in the college recruitment process for her players.

Prior to her role as head coach, Rennoldson gained experience coaching for the Rochester Flash as well as serving as an assistant coach at Monroe Community College for two years. During her time at MCC, the team won the conference championship and advanced to the NJCAA National Tournament both years.

As a player, Rennoldson competed at the NCAA Division I level at Canisius. Her collegiate playing career provided her with valuable insights into the demands of high-level competition and team dynamics. In high school, Rennoldson earned the All-Greater Rochester and Division IV Player of the Year awards. She also received All-County recognitions all four years on varsity for Honeoye Falls-Lima.
