- Born in Burley, Idaho.
- Daughter of Inger and Stephen Andersen.
- Sister of Carson, Emme, Porter, Pennie, and Sophia Andersen.
- Her father, Stephen, played football at Utah State before later running track and field at Idaho State.
- Related to late college basketball coach LaDell Andersen.
- Favorite athletic moment: Watching the fall sunrise on the water
- Best advice ever received: "Never quit on a bad day"
- Started rowing at RIT because she wanted to finally try a sport after not having that as an option growing up.
- Favorite athlete: Ilona Maher of the US Olympic rugby team.
- Favorite team: New England Patriots.
- Hobbies: cooking, crocheting and metal model building
