Leslie Dube begins her first season as assistant coach for the RIT women's lacrosse program. She will assist Head Coach Jeff McGuigan in all areas of the program including planning practices, recruiting and administrative support.
Dube is a graduate of the University of Rochester where she was the starting goaltender for the Yellowjackets all four years. Dube graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in public health and religion. Dube played in all 58 games in four seasons for a young Yellowjackets program, winning 24 times, playing 3,521 minutes, while recording an 11.41 goals against average, and .461 save percentage.
After graduation, Dube moved on to Cayuga Community College where she was the head coach of the women's lacrosse program and assistant women's soccer coach. She was also an adjunct professor at CCC, teaching health and fitness classes.
