Biography

Career: Seventh all-time at the university with 138 games played.

2016-17: Appeared in 34 games … dished out seven assists … shuttled between defense and forward … tied for second on the team with five power-play points … fourth on the team with 44 blocked shots … blocked a season-high six shots in the season-opener against Minnesota State … had an assist and was plus-2 in a 5-0 win over Lindenwood … took just three penalties … won 39-of-80 face-offs … had four assists in 19 College Hockey America games … earned College Hockey America All-Academic Team honors … named an American Hockey Coaches Association All-American Scholar for maintaining at least a 3.6 grade-point average in both semesters. 2015-16: Played in all 36 contests from the blue line … tallied five points on two goals and three assists … scored the game-winning goal with 21 seconds left in regulation in the season-opener, a 2-1 win over Minnesota State … also scored in a 3-0 win over Penn State … had all three of her assists come in a four-game span against Mercyhurst, Robert Morris, and Colgate … led the team with 65 blocked shots … blocked season-high four shots in a game five times … fired 38 shots on goal … took just four penalties for eight minutes, fewest among defensemen on the team … had a goal and two assists while playing in all 20 College Hockey America regular season games. Played in 37 games, shuttling between forward and defense … finished with a goal and two assists … scored the game-winning goal midway through the third period to break a 1-1 tie and lift RIT to a 2-1 win over Union first game at the Gene Polisseni Center … dished out an assist in an overtime loss at Princeton … had an assist on Marissa Maugeri’s opening goal in a 4-1 win over top-ranked Mercyhurst in the College Hockey America Semifinal … was plus-3 in a 5-2 victory over Brown … fired 37 shots on goal, including four in the season-opener against Union … blocked 24 shots … had a season-high three blocked shots against Lindenwood and Princeton. 2013-14: Battled through a mid-season injury to play in 32 games, shuttling between forward and defense … made her collegiate debut in the season-opener against eventual 2014 NCAA Division I National Champion Clarkson … had a goal and two assists … scored her first collegiate goal against Vermont … had assists in wins over Brown and Penn State … recorded one assist in 16 College Hockey America games … Tigers were 2-1-0 when she recorded a point … fired 27 shots on goal … blocked 45 shots, including five on two separate occasions against Syracuse.
