Biography

Career: RIT’s all-time leader with 143 games played … current Division I team leader with 41 assists and 53 points … part of senior class that went 15-2 in the postseason, winning the 2012 NCAA Division III Tournament and back-to-back CHA Championships in 2014 and 2015.
 
2014-15: Served as team captain for the second straight season … named the College Hockey America Best Defensive Forward of the Year … named to the College Hockey America Championship All-Tournament Team … led RIT in scoring with 18 points on seven goals and 11 assists, while playing in all 39 games … second on the team with a plus-7 rating … led the Tigers with 11 assists … College Hockey America Player of the Week, March 2 … scored the first regular season goal in RIT’s brand new Gene Polisseni Center, a second period goal in a 2-1 win over Union, Oct. 3 … tallied the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Robert Morris in game two of the CHA First Round series … scored the game-tying goal early in the third period, as RIT rallied to defeat Syracuse, 2-1 in the CHA Championship … led the squad with 77 blocked shots, including a season-high seven in the CHA Championship against Syracuse … won a team-best 52.7 percent of her face-offs taken … second on the team with 211 face-off wins … fired 59 shots on goal, including a season-high six against Lindenwood … had six points in 20 CHA contests … Tigers were 12-5-1 when she recorded a point … earned CHA All-Academic Team honors. 2013-14: Served as team captain … tied a single-season team record by playing in all 38 games … shuttled between forward and defense, leading all RIT defensemen with 21 points on three goals and 18 assists … scored the game-winning goal with 6:17 left in double overtime, a wicked shot from the right point to lift RIT to the College Hockey America Championship, 2-1 over Frozen Four participant Mercyhurst … also drew the lone assist on Erin Zach’s power-play goal earlier in the contest … earned All-College Hockey America second team honors … named to the CHA Championship All-Tournament Team … garnered CHA Player of the Week honors, March 10 … blocked a school record and nation-best 127 shots, including a career-high 12 in the CHA Championship against Mercyhurst … tallied two power-play goals … tallied an assist and was plus-4 in a 4-3 overtime win over Connecticut at the Nutmeg Classic hosted by Quinnipiac … fired 54 shots on goal … enjoyed a four-game point-scoring streak, Feb. 21 to March 1 …finished the season with nine points (2-7-9) over her last 10 games … had a goal and 10 assists in 20 CHA regular season contests … played in her 100th career game in the regular season finale against Syracuse … Tigers were 10-7-3 when she recorded a point … blocked at least five shots in a game eight times. 2012-13: Appeared in 36 games, shuttling between defense and forward … tallied two goals and 12 assists for 14 points … tallied her first goal of the season which broke a 1-1 tie late in the third period and lifted RIT to a 2-1 win at Robert Morris … put up a season-high three points on a goal and two assists and was plus-3 in a 6-0 win over Sacred Heart … had an assist in four straight games, Oct. 20 to Nov. 9 … recorded six points on a goal and five assists in 20 College Hockey America contests … fired 64 shots on goal … won 53.2 percent (83-for-156) of her face-offs taken … Tigers were 6-4-2 when she recorded a point. 2012-13 STATS

2011-12: Tied a single-season team record by playing in all 30 games, primarily on defense … recorded eight goals and 14 assists for 22 points … scored the game-winning goal 2:30 into overtime to lift RIT to a dramatic, 2-1 win over SUNY Plattsburgh in the NCAA National Semifinal … made her collegiate debut and dished out an assist in the season-opening 6-3 win over No. 8 Manhattanville … scored her first collegiate goal and added a season-best three assists for a career-best four-point game in a 15-0 win over Chatham … scored two goals and added an assist and was plus-6 in a win over Chatham the next afternoon … scored the game-opening goal and added two assists in a 5-1 win over No. 4 Elmira on “Make the Rink Pink” night … had a four-game point-scoring streak, Jan. 20 to Feb. 3 … scored three power-play goals … recorded three points in five postseason games … part of the nation’s top defensive unit that allowed just one goal per game … third among rookies with 17 points (7-10-17) in 18 ECAC West games … Tigers were 14-0-0 when she recorded at least one point. Before RIT: Played the 2010-11 season with the Oakville Hornets of the Provincial Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) … team captain … led the squad with 10 goals and three game-winning tallies in 2010-11 … also played four years of varsity hockey and two seasons of varsity basketball at Holy Trinity Catholic High School … two-time hockey team MVP … named the Holy Trinity Catholic Sportswoman of the Year in 2011.
